1. Meet and Greet
This process begins with a meet and greet (email, over the phone, or video chat) to say hello, see if we are the right fit, and to get down to the nitty gritty on your hopes and dreams
2. Service Agreement & Deposit
Then we move on to the necessary items like Service Agreement and deposit.
3. Dropbox folder
You will receive a link to shared dropbox folder that we will use throughout the branding process to send and receive files.
4. Welcome Packet
You will also receive a Welcome Packet with all the info under the sun about your specific branding process (timeline, payment schedule, what's involved etc.)
1. Brand Strategy Questionnaire
In this stage, you will receive the Brand Foundations Questionnaire. This is a little homework for you to complete. The answers from this will provide the direction and clarity needed to move forward with the design stage.
2. Pinterest board
You will receive a link to create your Pinterest Board and pin all that inspires you for the design of your brand. Photography, branding, fonts, color palettes, etc.
3. Creative Direction Guide
Next up, with all notes and information gathered, we will create a Creative Direction guide complete with mood board and color palette for you to approve. This guide will visually tell the story about the tones, feelings, and vibes the brand will rely on.
4. Client feedback
This is where you will send your feedback to make suure we are on the right track.
1. Brainstorm Phase
We will carefully review all info given and put pen to paper and mouse to pad to get creative and design your beautiful batch of logo concepts.
2. Design Phase
We will refine sketches from our brainstom session and put together a brand concept presentation. Each primary logo will be presented with its complementary logo variations in practical applications (mockups.)
3. Feedback & Revisions
This concept and revision process will be repeated for each additional item if you chose the Deluxe Suite.
1. Final payment
After we receive the final payment we will save your logo, its variations, and other designed pieces in all file types for web and print.
2. Artwork delivery
All files will be uploaded along with your Brand Style Guide to a Dropbox folder for you to download. Your Brand Style Guide outlines what your brand is all about, how to use the elements and visuals, and keep everything consistent.
3. Client feedback
We will also email over a client feedback questionnaire. This helps us make sure you are satisfied, and also helps in improving the process with future projects!
