Scope: Brand Identity, Retreat Collateral, Social Media Assets, Landing Page Strategy

Goal: Create a soul-aligned visual identity and marketing suite to reflect the depth of the retreat experience, attract the right audience, and increase bookings.

The Problem:

Luminari Radiance Retreats was born out of a vision: to create a 7-day luxury yoga and self-inquiry experience nestled in the jungles of Costa Rica.

Led by founder and yoga teacher Alina Torres, the retreat promised deep personal transformation through yoga, breathwork, journaling, and nature immersion. However, despite the power of the program, Alina struggled to convey the value and emotional depth of the experience through her visuals.

The Solution: Evoke Design Studio stepped in to create a full brand transformation — from visual identity to digital presence to physical retreat collateral.

1. Visual Identity

We developed a sacred sunburst mandala symbol representing radiance, awakening, and inner light. Paired with soft but grounded typography, the new logo instantly elevated Alina’s brand presence.

The color palette included: Golden ochre (sun energy), Desert rose (feminine warmth), Sandstone beige (earth grounding), Ocean teal (peace + tropical setting)

A complete Brand Style Guide ensured consistency across digital and print.

2. Retreat Marketing Materials

We created a cohesive suite of branded assets to guide participants from discovery to arrival:

Retreat Sales Landing Page: Scroll-friendly user flow with sticky CTA buttons, testimonial carousel, and immersive imagery.

Instagram Launch Templates: Countdown graphics, value-focused posts, and Reels cover designs

Welcome Guide PDF (Pre-Retreat): Pack list, travel instructions, FAQ, intro to practices

On-Site Materials: Printed daily itinerary, name tags, intention cards, altar signage.

3. Booking & Onboarding Flow

To simplify the experience for both Alina and attendees, we helped structure the user journey:

  • Integrated a Dubsado form for intake and payment
  • Setup an automated email welcome sequence with MailerLite
